## Energy Star & Features

**Q: Are Casly Homes Energy Star certified?**
A: Yes. All Casly Homes meet EPA Energy Star certification standards. This means lower utility bills, better insulation, higher-efficiency HVAC, and improved indoor air quality compared to standard construction.

**Q: What does Energy Star certification mean for operating costs?**
A: Energy Star certified homes use 20–30% less energy than standard new construction. This translates to approximately $300–$600/year in utility savings depending on home size.

## Warranty

**Q: What warranty does Casly Homes provide?**
A: All homes come with a 10-year Quality Built Warranty (QBW) through Residential Warranty Company (RWC): Year 1 — workmanship and materials defects; Year 2 — wiring, plumbing, and ductwork defects; Years 3–10 — major structural defects.

**Q: Is the warranty transferable?**
A: Yes. The QBW 10-year structural warranty is transferable to subsequent owners, which adds resale value.

## Financing

**Q: What financing options are available?**
A: We work with preferred lenders offering conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, ARM, and 2-1 buydown programs. Down payments range from 3% (FHA) to 20%+ (conventional jumbo).

**Q: Do you offer a 2-1 buydown?**
A: Yes. Builder-paid 2-1 buydowns are available through preferred lenders, reducing your rate by 2% in Year 1 and 1% in Year 2.

## Buying Process

**Q: How do I buy a Casly Home?**
A: 1) Choose a community and floor plan. 2) Sign a purchase and sale agreement with a deposit. 3) Get pre-approved with a preferred lender. 4) Walk-through and close when the certificate of occupancy is issued.

**Q: How long does the buying process take?**
A: For homes already under construction: 30–90 days from contract to close. For homes not yet started: 6–12 months depending on construction timeline.
