# Warranty — Casly Homes 10-Year QBW Coverage

> Every Casly Home is backed by a 10-year Quality Built Warranty (QBW) administered by
> Residential Warranty Company (RWC). Coverage is structured in three tiers and is
> transferable to subsequent owners.

## Warranty Coverage Summary

| Year 1 | Workmanship and materials defects |
| Year 2 | Distribution systems: wiring, plumbing, and ductwork |
| Years 3–10 | Major structural defects |

## Year 1 — Workmanship & Materials

Covers defects in construction quality including: flooring installation, drywall, paint, cabinetry, trim, roofing installation, windows, and exterior doors. Cosmetic items noted at the closing walk-through are excluded.

## Year 2 — Distribution Systems

Covers defects in:
- Wiring
- Plumbing supply and drain lines
- Ductwork

If a covered system fails due to a defect in installation, Casly Homes will repair or replace at no cost.

## Years 3–10 — Structural

Covers major structural defects in:
- Foundation
- Load-bearing walls and columns
- Roof framing and structural beams
- Floor and ceiling framing systems

Administered through QBW / Residential Warranty Company (RWC).

## Appliances

Appliances are covered by their individual manufacturer warranties, not the QBW warranty. Register your appliances with each manufacturer at move-in.

## How to Submit a Claim

- **Years 1–2**: Contact Casly Homes at caslyhomes.com/contact
- **Years 3–10**: Contact Residential Warranty Company (RWC) via your QBW policy number from closing documents

## Transferability

The 10-year structural warranty transfers to subsequent owners. Contact RWC to register the transfer when selling.
